Olga Pinn, founder of Meditate MateHello and welcome, I’m Olga Pinn, founder of Meditate Mate, mindfulness teacher, wellness educator, and author of Foundational Shift (coming 2026). I also go by Ollie.

I started Meditate Mate after my own experience with burnout and depression showed me that external success without inner peace isn't truly successful or sustainable. 

Our goal is simple: to cut through the noise of wellness trends and buzzwords, sharing high-quality, research-backed information and tools from experts in neuroscience, health and wellness coaching, mindfulness, meditation, stress management, and leadership as a resource to support your well-being in real life.

Based out of Ocean Beach in San Diego, California – my meditation journey began more than twenty years ago in China, where I lived and studied for over a decade. During that time, I bridged markets and mindsets between East and West, leading cultural and business projects across the United States, China, Russia, and East Asia.Ollie Pinn meditation teacher

In 2010, I moved to California to study business administration and marketing at the University of California, San Diego, and to fulfill my dream of working with global lifestyle and beauty brands, helping them expand their digital commerce across North America. 

Today, my work focuses on creating and promoting cultures of well-being—at work and in everyday life—by helping people build their inner SPF (Stress Protection Factor), a new baseline of resilience for navigating constant change without burnout. Drawing from my background in digital product development, AI, finance, and data science, I distill complex clinical and philosophical concepts into practical mindfulness programs and wellness roadmaps for individuals and teams in high-pressure fields like startup founders, fast-moving business teams, and healthcare professionals.

I’m currently writing my first book, Foundational Shift (coming Summer 2026)—a manual for building your Stress Protection Factor and living bright without burnout.
