Olga Pinn, author of Stress Protection Factor

Olga Pinn ("Ollie") is a former Fortune 500 E-commerce leader who became a mindfulness facilitator, health and wellness coach, and the founder of wellness startups.

With over a decade of work in Asia and the USA at the intersection of business, technology, and culture, bridging Eastern and Western mindsets, and a background in systems design thinking from MIT, Olga brings a unique, grounded perspective to the world of wellness. 

She is also a frontier surfer who overcame her lifelong fear of waves and led the first American pro-surfing expedition to her hometown in Russia. Olga is passionate about helping people live with less stress and more peace and purpose.
